Board of Directors

Our board provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure SOAR Initiative fulfills its mission of preventing child sexual abuse and supporting survivors. Each member brings deep professional expertise and a personal commitment to child protection.

Chinyere Eyoh

Executive Director / Founder. Survivor advocate, author of "When Life Just isn't Fair", and the driving force behind SOAR Initiative. Over 15 years of experience in child protection advocacy, community mobilisation, and survivor support.

Mfonobong Inyang

Board Chair. Legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in corporate law and governance. Passionate about child rights and policy reform for the protection of vulnerable children in Nigeria.

Hannah Olaosebikan

Board Secretary. Human rights lawyer and policy advocate specialising in child protection and gender-based violence response frameworks. Provides legal guidance on all governance matters.

Emeka Okonkwo

Treasurer. Chartered accountant with extensive experience in non-profit financial management and donor compliance. Ensures transparency and accountability across all programmes.

Dr. Sarah Adebayo

Technical Advisor. Clinical psychologist with a decade of experience in trauma-informed care and psycho-social support for survivors of sexual violence.

John Usman

Program Advisor. Community development specialist with expertise in grassroots mobilization, advocacy campaigns, and children's rights programming across northern Nigeria.
